The Germany farming industry offers a top-tier training opportunity for recent graduates aiming to build practical experience and enhance employability. German Livestock Traineeship Program

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Farm Types: Dairy, Piggery, Poultry, etc.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Accommodation: Provided on-site
  • Allowance: Approx. €13 per hour (before taxes), totaling around €2,236 monthly (before taxes).
  • Overtime not available.
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Recent Graduates not more than 2 years from graduation date.
  • Degree in Animal Science, Livestock, Husbandry, Zoo Technology, or related fields (focused on cows, pigs, poultry, etc.)
  • Aged 18-38 with an international passport
  • Basic English proficiency
  • A driver’s license is preferred
  • Applicants with master’s degrees may not be eligible if they have prior work or internship experience abroad. Veterinary degrees may also not qualify.
